The Caf - Mon Compte application is free and allows you to access information about your recipient file in a simple, convenient, and secure manner. The application requests permission to access your photos/multimedia/files in order to allow you to attach supporting documents when necessary, and to check the state of your Wi-Fi network to verify your connection in case of application errors. Caf is very concerned about the security and confidentiality of your personal data. To log in, you must use your social security number and personal password (alphanumeric). After your first login, you can also use biometrics (fingerprint and/or facial recognition) or the FranceConnect device.

1. MANAGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

   Consult your profile and modify if necessary:

   • Family situation (marriage, separation...)
   • Professional situation (new activity, unemployment...)
   • Address
   • Banking information
   • Contact information (email address, phone number)

   In your profile, you can also:

   • Declare a pregnancy
   • Declare a birth

2. COMPLETE ONLINE PROCEDURES

   • Track the progress of your procedures completed on caf.fr and be informed of any missing elements upon each login or via push notifications
   • Respond to Caf questions in the "My procedures" section and submit the necessary documents directly from your smartphone
   • If you receive RSA or employment benefits, complete your quarterly declarations directly within the application
   • Consult and declare your resources for housing assistance
   • As a student, complete your declarations (for scholarships and continued occupancy) directly within the application
   • Use the application to declare your school certificates (16-18 years old) in order to receive the back-to-school allowance
   • If you have a debt with Caf, repay it in one or several installments through the application
   • Download your certificates and account statements from Caf

3. SIMPLIFY COMMUNICATION WITH MY CAF

   In a single section, find your communication with Caf (letters, emails, statements, appointments...) and be alerted of new messages

   Find a list of Caf service centers and contact methods. Interact with our virtual advisor (chatbot) to get answers to your main questions.

4. CONSULT MY PAYMENTS

   Quickly access your last 10 payments (dates and amounts) by browsing your history for up to the past 24 months. You can also download your statements or certificates in PDF format to your mobile device.

5. DISCOVER BENEFITS

   Find a list of benefits provided by Caf and their eligibility criteria.

6. MANAGE YOUR CAF ACCOUNT

   From the application, you can also manage your account: delegate to your spouse, change your password...
